Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Overview
Your Wedding Atlas (“YWA,” “we,” “us”) operates a subscription platform that grants wedding businesses access to create and manage listings, content, and promotional placements on our site. Like a streaming subscription, your plan provides access and platform features; it does not guarantee usage, leads, bookings, or specific results. Choosing not to use the access you’ve purchased does not create eligibility for a refund or credit.
This policy covers (A) Affiliate purchases and (B) Business subscriptions on Your Wedding Atlas.
2) Affiliate Products & Services (Sold by Third Parties)
Your Wedding Atlas does not sell or stock any physical or digital products directly. All products and services featured on our website are sold through third-party vendors via affiliate links. This means that any purchases you make are subject to the refund, return, and cancellation policies of the retailer or vendor from whom you make your purchase.
If you have any issues with a product or service purchased through one of our affiliate links, we recommend contacting the vendor directly to resolve the issue. Your Wedding Atlas is not responsible for processing refunds or cancellations for these purchases.
3) Business Subscriptions on Your Wedding Atlas
When you subscribe to a Your Wedding Atlas vendor plan and create a listing:
3.1 No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Access and platform benefits begin immediately upon activation.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Plans renew automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel beforehand. You can view next charge dates in Account → Subscription.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from Account → Subscription.
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid term.
 - No prorated refunds or credits are issued for unused time.
 - Future renewals stop once you cancel.
 
3.4 Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades may be charged immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the plan rules shown at checkout.
 - Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No credits/refunds for the difference within the current term.
 
3.5 Failed Payments
If payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge your method. If unsuccessful after a reasonable period, access may be suspended or downgraded until payment is resolved.
3.6 Trials & Promotions
Trial periods, coupons, and promotional pricing are non-refundable and subject to their specific terms. At the end of a trial, standard pricing applies unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.7 Chargebacks
If you dispute a valid charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate access. We’re happy to review any billing concerns—please reach out.
3.8 Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added based on your billing location.
3.9 No Guarantee of Results
Your subscription grants platform access and publishing tools only. YWA does not guarantee engagement, rankings, inquiries, leads, or bookings.
4) How to Cancel a Subscription
Go to Vendor Account → Subscription and follow the prompts. You’ll see your status and renewal date there. If you need help canceling, contact support and we’ll assist promptly.
