Respond to a booking request

When a couple requests to book, you can send them a proposal or decline the request. You have up to 48 hours to respond, or until the start of the booking date if that's sooner. Check the time remaining in the conversation.

Review the request

  1. Go to Messages and open the conversation.
  2. Click or tap Show booking, or Details on mobile.
  3. Review the requested date and the couple's messages.

If you need more information, message the couple before deciding. A chat reply doesn't complete your response to the booking request.

Send a proposal

  1. Click or tap Accept.
  2. Review the date, price, payment schedule, and any agreement in the proposal.
  3. Click or tap Send booking offer before the request expires.

Accept opens the proposal; it doesn't send it or confirm the booking. The client still needs to accept the proposal and complete the first required payment. Learn when a booking is confirmed.

If you can't send the offer, follow the prompt to complete any required setup. See if you can't send a booking proposal.

If you can't take the booking

Click or tap Decline and complete the decline steps before the deadline. If the request has already expired, see what to do next.
