How starting prices differ from booking proposals

A starting price on your listing is an introduction to your pricing, not the final amount for every booking. Your proposal records the price agreed for a particular client and date.

Starting prices on your listing

Packages display starting prices. Explain what each package includes and discuss any differences in hours, quantities, travel, or other services with the client before preparing a proposal.

Clients cannot confirm a booking simply by selecting a package on the public listing.

The agreed booking price

Enter the agreed service subtotal before tax when creating the proposal. Applicable taxes are calculated separately using the saved tax setup and the client's billing details. The payment schedule may require a deposit and remaining balance or a single payment.

Review the total and your earnings before sending. See setting a proposal price and how booking taxes are added. Editing a package later does not rewrite an existing proposal or booking.
