Bookings start with a conversation. You and your vendor agree on the details before a proposal is sent, so you can review what you're booking and what you'll pay before committing.

Discuss the booking
Send an inquiry from the vendor's listing to ask about your date and the services you need. Continue the conversation in Messages to agree on availability, services, and pricing. An inquiry or booking request does not confirm a booking.
Review the proposal
The vendor sends a proposal with the booking date, services, price, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. Click or tap Accept proposal to review it and provide any requested billing details. If an agreement is attached for signature, you'll need to sign it before finishing acceptance.
If something isn't right, ask the vendor about it before accepting or paying. Accepting the proposal alone does not confirm the booking.
Make the first payment
After accepting, open Show booking, or Details on mobile, in the conversation. Click or tap Pay deposit or Pay now, depending on the payment required. Choose an available payment method and review the total before paying.
The booking is confirmed when the first required payment succeeds. A bank payment may take time to complete; follow the status in your conversation while it processes. Learn more about paying for a booking and when a booking is confirmed.
Manage your booking
Return to the conversation to check the booking details, review payments, and contact your vendor. If a remaining balance is due, follow the payment schedule shown for your booking. See payment deadlines.
The cancellation terms are available before you accept and are saved with the booking. If your plans change, review those terms and the Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy before cancelling.
