Pay for your booking

You pay for your booking from your conversation with the vendor. Your booking details show whether you need to pay a deposit, the remaining balance, or the full amount.

Before you pay

Review the vendor's proposal, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and any agreement. If billing details are requested, add them before continuing. Accept the proposal and complete any required agreement signing before making the initial payment.

Accepting a proposal alone doesn't confirm your booking. The initial payment must succeed for the booking to be confirmed.

Make a booking payment

  1. Go to Messages and open your conversation with the vendor.
  2. Click or tap Show booking, or Details on mobile, to open the booking details.
  3. Click or tap Pay deposit, Pay remaining balance, or Pay now, depending on the payment due.
  4. Choose one of the available payment methods and click or tap Continue.
  5. If you're adding a new method, enter the requested payment details, then click or tap Continue. A saved card can take you straight to the review.
  6. On Review payment, check the amount and payment method, then select the payment button to submit it.

Complete any bank or payment-provider verification when prompted. For some methods, authorization happens after you submit the payment from Review payment. Follow the instructions and return to your booking.

After you submit your payment

Check the result shown in Your Wedding Atlas. A successful initial payment confirms the booking; a successful remaining-balance payment updates the booking's payment details.

Bank payments can take longer. If the payment shows as processing, see what happens while your payment is processing. Don't submit another payment for the same amount while the first is being confirmed.

Once a payment succeeds, you can get a receipt from the booking details. Always pay through Your Wedding Atlas rather than sending money directly to a vendor outside the platform.
