When a couple successfully pays a booking payment request, the payment is processed through Stripe and sent to your connected payout account. It is not always available in your bank account immediately.
After a customer pays
A booking payment must be completed successfully before it can be paid out. This can be a deposit, a remaining balance, or a single full payment.
Your payout account must remain ready to receive payouts. If Stripe needs more information, you may need to complete it before payouts can continue.
When Stripe sends your payout
Stripe makes eligible funds available after processing the payment, then automatically sends payouts to your available payout method according to its payout schedule.
The exact timing depends on factors such as your country or region, payout method, and Stripe’s processing times. Your Wedding Atlas does not currently let vendors choose a payout schedule.
If you have not received a payout
Go to Account settings, then Payout methods to check that your payout account is ready and that your payout method is available.
If you see Review account, complete the requested Stripe steps. If your account is under review, read about why your payout information is under review.
