You may be asked to add your billing address before accepting a proposal. We use these details when calculating applicable booking taxes and preparing your payment.

Add your billing address
- Open Personal information in Account settings.
- Find Billing address and click or tap Edit. If a saved address is shown, click or tap Change to replace it.
- Enter your country or region and complete the address fields shown.
- Click or tap Save.
- Return to the conversation and review the proposal again.
You can also click or tap Add details from the proposal when it's shown. In the window that opens, follow the link to your account settings, then return to the conversation after saving.
Review the updated proposal
Allow the proposal to finish updating, then review the subtotal, taxes, and total before accepting. If the page still asks for details, check that all required address fields were saved, then refresh the conversation.
Your billing address and the booking location aren't necessarily the same. Enter your billing details rather than substituting the wedding venue's address.
If your payment method uses another address
The payment form may let you use a different billing address for the card or method you're paying with. Use the details associated with that payment method when requested.
Changing account details doesn't necessarily revise an already accepted booking or issued receipt. If something looks incorrect, contact support before paying rather than assuming an address change will alter the saved amount.
