Your Wedding Atlas allows users to share content through Vendor Listings, profiles, messages, reviews, photos, attachments, workspaces, guest lists, Booking Agreements, and other Platform features.
This Content Policy explains what content is not allowed. It applies to content you create, upload, publish, send, or otherwise make available through Your Wedding Atlas, including content created or edited using AI.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, Reviews Policy, and other applicable policies.
Content that is not allowed
Do not post, send, upload, or share content that is:
- illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to promote unlawful or harmful activity;
- false or misleading, including content that misrepresents a Vendor, service, price, availability, qualification, licence, review, booking, payment request, or agreement;
- threatening, violent, graphic, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, demeaning, or sexually explicit;
- spam, malware, phishing, unsolicited commercial content, or repeatedly shared in a disruptive way;
- intended to impersonate another person, business, organization, or Your Wedding Atlas;
- intended to obtain passwords, payment-card details, bank-account information, government identification, or other sensitive financial credentials;
- an infringement of another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- personal or confidential information about another person without their permission, including private contact details, financial information, identification documents, or private messages;
- designed to manipulate reviews, ratings, search results, favourites, payment requests, or other Platform features; or
- unrelated advertising for another business, product, service, website, or commercial activity that is not relevant to the intended Platform feature.
Vendor Listing content
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their Listing content is accurate, current, and supported by appropriate rights and permissions.
Do not use a Listing to make claims you cannot substantiate. This includes claims about your services, pricing, availability, credentials, licences, insurance, awards, reviews, business location, or relationship with another business.
Photos, videos, logos, written descriptions, testimonials, and other Listing content must be relevant to the Vendor and services being offered. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them.
Messages, attachments, and agreements
Messages and attachments should be relevant to a genuine enquiry, booking, service arrangement, support request, or other intended Platform use.
Do not send abusive messages, spam, deceptive links, malware, unwanted commercial messages, or content that pressures another person to make a payment, disclose sensitive information, or act outside the Platform’s intended booking and payment flow.
If you upload or send a Booking Agreement, you are responsible for its content and for having the right to use it. Do not upload an agreement containing unlawful, misleading, infringing, or another person’s confidential information without authority.
Reviews and feedback
Reviews must comply with our Reviews Policy and this Content Policy.
Do not post a review that is false, misleading, retaliatory, discriminatory, threatening, irrelevant, or based on an experience you did not have. Do not offer, request, threaten, pressure, or exchange anything of value for a review or rating.
AI-generated content
You may use AI-assisted content only if it complies with this policy and accurately represents the Vendor, service, or experience being described.
You remain responsible for AI-generated or AI-edited content that you publish or send. Do not use AI to impersonate another person, create deceptive images or claims, fabricate reviews or credentials, or infringe another person’s rights.
Reporting content
If you believe content violates this policy, report it through the available Platform tools or contact support. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities first.
How we may respond
We may remove or limit access to content that violates this policy, our Terms, or applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, we may also restrict a feature, pause a Listing, suspend an account, or terminate access to the Platform.
We may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address legal, safety, security, fraud, payment-provider, or user-protection concerns.
