Get help with a safety concern

If there is an immediate danger
Contact local emergency services if you or someone else is in immediate danger. Don't wait for a reply from Your Wedding Atlas or the other person before seeking emergency help.
Tell us about the concern
When it is safe to do so, contact support. Include the listing or conversation link, when and where the incident happened, and the booking confirmation code if you have one.
Explain what happened and what help you need. Keep relevant messages available for review. See reporting inappropriate or suspicious messages for concerns about a conversation.
If you need help with a booking
Explain whether you also need help with an upcoming service, cancellation, or payment. A safety report does not automatically cancel a booking or issue a refund; support can review the concern alongside the booking details.
