About Your Wedding Atlas: What it is and how it works

Your Wedding Atlas brings wedding vendors and couples together. Whether you're planning your wedding or running a wedding business, you can use it to keep conversations, agreements, bookings, and payments in one place.

Find vendors for your wedding

Explore wedding vendors, review their listings, and save the businesses you'd like to come back to. When you're ready to get in touch, send an inquiry from the vendor's listing to discuss your date, services, and price.

You can also use your workspace and guest list to organize your wedding plans. Creating an account is free.

Offer your services as a vendor

Go to Become a vendor to create a listing for your business. A Free listing has no required subscription; Pro is an optional paid plan.

Your listing can help couples discover your business, and you can share its link with clients who find you elsewhere. Use Messages to discuss a booking, send a proposal, and share an agreement for signature. Learn how to book a client who found you elsewhere.

Book and pay in one place

A vendor's proposal sets out the booking date, services, price, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. The couple reviews the proposal, signs an attached agreement if required, and makes the first required payment. The booking is confirmed when that payment succeeds.

Payments are processed through Stripe. A platform fee applies to booking payments; see platform fees for vendor bookings. For the steps from inquiry to confirmation, read about booking and paying through Your Wedding Atlas.
