An inquiry is a message from a couple who wants to learn more about your services, pricing, or availability. You can reply directly in Messages and discuss what they have in mind before sending a booking proposal.
Respond to an inquiry
Reply to an inquiry
- Go to Messages in your vendor account.
- Open the conversation and read the couple's message.
- Write your reply, then click or tap the send button (arrow icon, Send message).
Answer their questions and ask for any details you need, such as the date, location, and services they're looking for. You can keep discussing the booking in the same conversation.
When you're ready to send a proposal
Open Show booking, or Details on mobile, and choose the card inviting the client to book. Review the details to include in your proposal before sending it.
You don't need to wait for the couple to request to book before sending a proposal. If they've already sent a booking request, respond to that request before its deadline. Sending a chat reply alone doesn't accept or decline it.
