Use your own agreement for bookings

You can use your own PDF service agreement for a booking. If you include it with a proposal, the client reviews and signs it as part of accepting that proposal.

Include an agreement with a proposal

  1. Go to Messages, open the conversation, then click or tap Show booking, or Details on mobile.
  2. Open the card inviting the client to book.
  3. Under Agreement, click or tap Upload and choose your PDF.
  4. Click or tap Continue, review the document, and complete the name and electronic-signature consent fields.
  5. Click or tap Save agreement, then finish and send the proposal.

Check the business names, date, services, price, and cancellation conditions. Your agreement should be consistent with the booking's payment and cancellation terms.

Send an agreement later

If no agreement was included, open the booking's Agreement section and click or tap Send agreement. This action is available for bookings awaiting payment or already confirmed, not cancelled or completed bookings. The client signs the later agreement separately; it is not included in their earlier proposal acceptance automatically.

Signing and booking confirmation

The first required successful payment confirms the booking. A signature can have legal consequences before that payment succeeds. Read the Terms of Service and Electronic Signature Consent; Your Wedding Atlas does not review or approve your agreement's legal effect.
