View a booking's payments and earnings

You can view a booking's price breakdown and earnings from your client's conversation.

View the earnings breakdown

  1. Go to Messages and open your client's conversation.
  2. Click or tap Show booking, or Details on mobile.
  3. Click or tap the amount card labelled Total.
  4. Choose You earn or Booker paid in Earnings.

What's included in the breakdown

You earn shows your service price after platform fees and any foreign currency settlement fee. Collected taxes aren't included.

Booker paid shows the booking price, including applicable taxes. For active bookings, this breakdown includes instalments still due, with their due dates.

For information about when the money reaches your bank, see payout timing.

After a cancellation or refund

The breakdown updates to reflect the cancelled booking and successful refunds. A fully refunded booking shows zero earnings. If a refund is still pending, you'll see Refund processing.
