What your client needs to do to complete a booking

Your client completes their booking through their own account. You can guide them through the process, but you cannot accept, sign, or enter payment details on their behalf.

Review and accept the proposal

Ask the client to open your conversation in Messages and click or tap Accept proposal on the proposal. They add any requested billing details, review the date, price, payment schedule, and cancellation terms, and sign an attached agreement before clicking or tapping Accept proposal to finish accepting.

Complete the required payment

After accepting, the client opens Show booking, or Details on mobile, and clicks or taps Pay deposit or Pay now, depending on the first payment due. They choose an available payment method and review the amount before paying. See paying for a booking.

Check confirmation

The booking is confirmed after the first required payment succeeds. An accepted proposal or a bank payment still processing is not confirmation. Follow the booking status and see when the booking is confirmed rather than asking the client to submit the payment again.
