You can keep using your existing business tools while managing bookings through Your Wedding Atlas. Decide where each part of the work belongs so the client receives one clear set of instructions.
Use Your Wedding Atlas alongside your existing business tools
Keep your records consistent
Use Messages for the booking discussion and include the agreed details in the proposal and agreement. Keep any other business records you need in your usual tools. You can upload your own PDF agreement for the client to sign.
Your Wedding Atlas doesn't sync with your external calendar, invoicing software, or client-management system. Check your availability before sending a proposal and update those records separately.
Keep booking payments together
If a client first contacts you through Your Wedding Atlas and you agree to book, arrange the booking and collect its required payments here. You can keep using your CRM and other business tools for your records, but not to send the client elsewhere to book or pay.
Clients you already had or found independently aren't subject to an exclusivity requirement. If you choose to arrange their booking through a proposal on Your Wedding Atlas, its payments must stay here too. See Keeping bookings and payments on Your Wedding Atlas and booking receipts.
