How Your Wedding Atlas works for vendors

Your Wedding Atlas brings your listing, client conversations, booking proposals, agreements, and payments together. You can use it with couples who discover your business here and clients who find you elsewhere.

Introduce your business

Go to Become a vendor to start your listing. Add photos, service details, and package starting prices so couples can understand what you offer. See how to create your first listing for the steps.

Agree on the booking

Use Messages to discuss the date, services, and price. When you're ready, send a booking proposal. You can include your own agreement for the client to review and sign.

Accepting a proposal is not the same as confirming the booking. The required first payment must succeed before the booking is confirmed.

Get ready to receive payments

Set up your payout account through Stripe and complete your tax settings. These steps prepare you to send proposals and accept booking payments; they are separate from publishing a free listing.

Bring your existing clients

Share your listing link on your website, social profiles, or in a message. Clients can start a conversation with you from the listing and complete their booking through Your Wedding Atlas.
