A vendor chooses a cancellation policy for bookings made through Your Wedding Atlas. Review it before you send an inquiry or make a payment.
Before you book
Open the vendor’s listing and look for the Cancellation policy section. The policy explains how refunds can change depending on how far in advance the booking is cancelled.
Your Wedding Atlas currently supports Flexible, Standard, and Strict cancellation policies.
After a booking is created
Open the conversation with the vendor and select Booking details. The cancellation policy for that booking is shown there.
The policy is saved with your booking when the vendor sends the payment request. This means a later change to the vendor’s listing policy does not change the policy that applies to your existing booking.
Before you cancel
Use Cancel booking from Booking details to review the refund outcome for your booking before confirming. The amount shown reflects the policy saved to that booking, the payment structure, and the date of cancellation.
