If a client's initial payment is overdue

We'll notify you and your client if the first payment becomes overdue. The booking isn't confirmed until that payment succeeds.

How long your client has to pay

The first payment is due seven calendar days after acceptance. There is normally a 48-hour grace period after the initial payment due time.

Both deadlines are limited to the start of the booking date in the booking's service time zone. For short-notice bookings, your client may have less time to pay.

Your client can follow the email's booking link to pay. You can open the booking in Messages.

If the payment isn't completed

If the final deadline passes and no payment is processing, the booking is subject to automatic cancellation.

If your client has submitted a bank payment, the booking waits for the payment result. A failed bank payment may have a separate deadline to try again.
