What information you can see about a potential client

Before a booking is confirmed, you can review the client's name, any profile photo they've provided, and the information they've shared in your conversation. Use those details to understand what they're looking for and ask any follow-up questions.

Review the conversation details

Go to Messages and open the conversation. You'll see the client's name and profile image when available, along with the messages and photos they've shared.

Click or tap Show booking, or Details on mobile, to review the requested date and original inquiry, if available. A booking request also shows the date the client is asking to book.

Ask for the details you need

The conversation only tells you what the client has shared. If you need their event location, service times, guest numbers, or other details to prepare a quote, ask in Messages rather than assuming they're included in the request.

A profile photo or message isn't proof of identity or a confirmed booking. Review the services and arrangements together before preparing a booking proposal.
