Use your listing's status to manage whether couples can find and contact you through it. Unlisting is different from deleting a listing or cancelling a subscription.

Change your listing's status
Change visibility
- Open your listing from Listings.
- Click or tap the settings (gear) button to open Preferences, then Status.
- Choose Listed or Unlisted and wait for the change to finish.
Listed makes the listing available in search and for contact. Unlisted removes it from search and prevents new contact through the listing.
If you cannot change the status
A listing under review or suspended does not have the same self-service visibility choices. Review the message shown and contact us if you need help.
Changing visibility does not cancel existing bookings, refund payments, or cancel Pro billing. Use the relevant booking process or subscription cancellation process for those changes.
