Book a client who found you elsewhere

A client does not need to discover you through search to book through Your Wedding Atlas. Send them your listing link and use the same conversation and proposal process as any other booking.

Bring the client into a conversation

  1. Share your published listing link with the client.
  2. Ask them to add their Booking date, click or tap Check availability, then write a message and click or tap Send message using their own account. If you already have a conversation, continue there instead.
  3. Open the conversation in Messages and agree on the date, services, and price.
  4. Click or tap Show booking, or Details on mobile, then the card inviting the client to book.
  5. Review the proposal, then click or tap Send booking request. If you're responding to a booking request from the client, the button says Send booking offer.

You'll need to complete payment setup before sending the proposal. You can include your own agreement for signature. If the conversation already has a booking, you can't use it to create a second booking.

Confirm the booking

The client reviews and accepts the proposal, then completes the required payment. The booking is confirmed when the first required payment succeeds, not simply because you exchanged messages or the client accepted. See the client booking steps.
