After you submit your payout information, Stripe may review it before your account is fully ready. This helps confirm that payments and payouts can be handled securely.
What under review means
Stripe is reviewing information you submitted during payout setup or after requesting an update. You do not need to do anything unless Payout methods asks you to review your account.
Can you still accept payments?
Some payout accounts can continue accepting booking payments while Stripe completes its review.
Go to Account settings, then Payout methods to check your account status. If your account can continue accepting payments, you’ll see this on the page.
If Stripe needs more information
If more information is needed, Payout methods will show Review account. Select it to continue in Stripe’s secure flow.
We may also email you when action is required. If a deadline is shown, complete the request by that date to help avoid interruptions.
When your payout account is ready
Once Stripe completes its review, your payout account will be ready to receive booking payments and payouts. We’ll let you know when this happens.
