Use Messages to confirm whether you can provide the services a couple needs on their requested date. An inquiry is a chance to discuss the details before either of you moves forward with a booking.

Discuss availability before sending a proposal
Check the requested date
- Go to Messages and open the conversation.
- Click or tap Show booking, or Details on mobile.
- Review the Requested date, if one is shown, and the couple's message.
- Reply to confirm your availability or discuss another date.
Check your own schedule before offering a date. If you need more information, ask about the location, service times, travel, or anything else that affects whether you can take the booking.
Confirm the date in your proposal
When you're ready, open the card inviting the client to book and check the date in your proposal. If you've discussed an alternative, make sure the proposal reflects the date you've agreed to.
An inquiry or booking request isn't a confirmed booking. The first required successful payment confirms the booking after the client accepts your proposal.
If you have a pending booking request, discussing availability doesn't extend its response deadline.
