How-to • Vendor

Keep your listing information up to date

Review your listing whenever your services change and before sharing it with a new client. Small corrections help prevent misunderstandings later in the booking process.

Check the information clients use

Review your name and description, service types, location and travel details, spoken languages, photos, spaces if applicable, and package prices. Remove examples or promises that no longer represent what you offer.

You can update most listing details in the listing editor. For help with website, contact, or social information, see business-detail corrections or social-profile corrections.

Check the effect on existing bookings

An updated public listing does not amend a client's saved booking, signed agreement, price, or cancellation terms. Discuss any material service change in the booking conversation and agree on the next steps separately.

Review your business and payment information as a separate task when legal, banking, or tax details change.
