How-to

Report inappropriate or suspicious messages

If a message makes you uncomfortable or appears suspicious, let us know through a support conversation.

Report the conversation

  1. Open the conversation in Messages and note the messages you want us to review.
  2. Contact support from the Help Centre.
  3. Include the conversation link, the person's or business's name, and when the messages were sent.
  4. Explain what concerned you and whether there is an existing booking.

There isn't a report or block action in the message menu. Use support to report the concern.

Keep relevant details

Keep the conversation and messages available for review. If the concern involves communication outside Your Wedding Atlas, tell support where it happened and provide the relevant details. Don't include passwords, sign-in codes, or full payment information.

You don't need to continue replying while you seek help. If you feel unsafe, see getting help with a safety concern.

If a payment is involved

Tell support if you have already paid. Reporting a message does not automatically cancel a booking or issue a refund. If someone asks you to send money elsewhere, see suspicious payment requests before proceeding.
