Recognise suspicious emails and websites

A familiar logo or sender name doesn't guarantee a message is genuine. Be cautious if a message asks for sign-in codes, passwords, or unexpected payments.

Check the website address

Before signing in, check the full address in your browser. Your Wedding Atlas uses yourweddingatlas.com. A different domain containing our name isn't necessarily ours.

Google sign-in and Stripe payment or payout setup may use those providers' websites when you start the process through Your Wedding Atlas.

Don't share codes or passwords

Don't send your password or sign-in code by email or message. Enter a verification code only in the sign-in or verification process you started.

Avoid opening unexpected attachments or following links that pressure you to act immediately.

Report a suspicious message

Open Your Wedding Atlas directly in your browser rather than following the message's link, then contact us through the Help Centre.

If you've already shared sign-in details or notice unfamiliar activity, follow the steps for unauthorised account access.
